If you can visit us in person, our designer will first sit down with you and show you a selection of our finished pieces to help give you an idea of some of the options and styles we can create. Guided by your preferences and obviously your budget, we’ll help you identify the diamonds or gemstones that will form the focal point of the piece.
Once we’ve agreed the specifications, we’ll provide you with an life-like 3D render of how it will look. We’ll email you the first draft design images within a week so you can see how the piece will look from every angle. Then, based on your feedback, we’ll continue to modify your design until you are completely happy with the result. The entire design process normally takes about two to three weeks. And, of course, we’ll only start work once you’ve approved the design.
Once you’ve signed off the design it’s over to the master craftsmen, and women, in our small but perfectly formed design team with their years of experience and expertise. Finally, the piece will be hand finished to achieve the most exquisite standards of workmanship.
Once the craftsmen have completed the piece and it has passed our final quality control it is sent to the Assay Office. They will independently verify the metal used is up to UK standard and the Hallmark the piece with our unique mark. This mark is our promise to you that the piece has been made to our exacting standards.
