We typically advise that you allow an hour for any bespoke jewellery design consultation, but this can vary depending on the type of design.

Typically it takes 6 - 8 weeks for a piece of bespoke jewellery to be made, this is from the date of design confirmation.

Bespoke jewellery designs start from around £1,000 and are dependant on the type of metal used, as well as any gemstones and the type of design.

Yes! We make 3D digital designs from our original design sketches using computer aided design. These designs give a fantastic idea of how the real finished bespoke jewellery piece will look.

Once you are happy with the design and you are ready to get started with making your bespoke piece, we just require a 50% deposit, you will then be able to pay the balance upon collection.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as bank transfer payments.

Our in-house jewellery designer will sit down with you and discuss your design with you, we will cover the gemstones you would like to use, as well as the metal and any other design aspect you may want to add. We will also tailor this to the budget you have to work with and talk about the best options to fit your dream jewellery design.

Once our designer has a good idea of the design you are looking for, we will sketch out some ideas with you so you can visualise your jewellery design.

In some cases we will book a second consultation so that you are able to view and get hands on with the gemstones and diamonds for your new bespoke piece.

Yes, absolutely! We love remodelling jewellery, ready to be loved once again.

We can certainly look to use your own gemstones in a new piece of jewellery, however we are unfortunately unable to reuse any metal you may have.

Any pieces of jewellery you give to us to use the gemstones from will be returned to you once any of the stones have been removed.

Whether you are looking for a completely new jewellery design using a few treasured gemstones or if you want to create a slightly more modern take on a beloved family heirloom with subtle, sympathetic changes, we can help you.
