Book an appointment using our easy to use website booking system, give us a call, or email to arrange a time that's best for you. Please bring with you the pieces of jewellery that you would like to use in the remodelling process, as well as another inspiration which may help with the design.
Our jewellery designer will then speak through your options with you when you come in-store for your appointment. We will discuss the design that you would like, as well as the types of gemstones we will use and your choice of metal. All of the options will be made to ensure they fit within your budget.
Once you have finalised your design, our master goldsmiths will get to work on crafting your jewellery, and it usually takes 4-6 weeks for the piece to be created. The final piece can be collected in-store or sent to you securely.
